Holly Faeth is a movement educator, studio founder, and lifelong student of how bodies adapt, strengthen, and restore. With over two decades of experience teaching yoga, Pilates-inspired movement, strength training, and dance, her work blends intelligent sequencing, functional strength, and somatic awareness. She is the founder of Range, a boutique movement studio rooted in building strength, resilience, and range—physically and mentally.
Holly’s teaching style is grounded, precise, and deeply accessible, meeting students where they are while inviting them to expand what feels possible. Her classes emphasize sustainable strength, mindful effort, and curiosity over performance. Whether guiding dynamic flow or intentional recovery, she is passionate about helping people move with more confidence, agency, and longevity—on and off the mat.
