With a degree in Environmental Studies, 500 hours of yoga & trauma-informed teacher training, psychedelic integration facilitation certifications, 20+ years in the arts, and working with the Native American Church, my work lives at the intersection of ancient wisdom, science, and Earth-based practices. I guide individuals + groups through movement, microdosing & macrodosing ceremonies, seasonal ritual, life transitions, and sound journey's to help them regulate their nervous systems, reclaim their vitality, and realign with nature’s rhythms.
Raised by grandparents on an off-grid homestead, sustainability and sovereignty were woven into my foundation. I’ve since deepened that lineage through immersive studies in Ayurveda, herbalism, survival skills, yoga, psychedelics, and traditional healing arts; alongside years as a wilderness guide, ecological surveyor, and educator.
My creative roots run deep: 13 years of theater, 14 years of dance, and a lifelong relationship with music have taught me that healing is not just cognitive, it’s embodied. Voice, rhythm, and ritual infuse my facilitation style and inform everything I offer.
I’ve healed from complex PTSD, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, and creative blocks, not by hacking my biology, but by listening to it. Now, I hold space for others to rise in rhythm - with the Earth, with themselves, and with the future they’re here to build.
Through Return to Rhythm, I lead immersive programs that fuse psychedelics, somatics, and seasonal systems. Through Co-Creative Communications, I help regenerative brands lead with clarity and impact. Whether I’m working with individuals or organizations, my mission is the same:
To reignite the awareness of the interconnectedness of all life, reminding us that every step we take has the power to make a meaningful difference.
