Because when we know what we need, we can give more freely — and when we arrive with intention, we thrive together. Come ready to breathe, wander, and let the words find you.

SUP Yoga: Dance With the Wind on Elks Lake - [$]
Full
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
Take your yoga practice on the water at Elk Lake. We'll soak up views of the San Juan mountains and those Colorado bluebird skies above, while breathing into the present moment and the weekend ahead.  A great way start to your weekend!

Nature is one of our greatest teachers in the art of thriving — and on the water, she makes herself impossible to ignore. This playful flow invites you to move with the wind rather than against it, finding joy, ease, and resilience in the surrender. Through breath of joy and fluid movement on your paddle board, we'll explore how lightness and laughter are their own form of medicine — and how a spirit that knows how to play is a spirit built to last.

What to Bring: Please bring a hat, swimsuit, water-wicking layers or yoga clothes you like to practice in, water, and sunscreen.
The Plan: a shuttle van will take you from the Blue Mesa Bus Stop to Elk's Lake promptly at class start time (the lake is just 1 mile from The Meeting Place) and back to the Blue Mesa Bus Stop no later 90 minutes later. Fascia: The Fabric of our Form
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
Fascia is the bio-intelligent structure that holds us together. It can be thought of as the 'organ of organization' as it keeps our bones upright, holds our organs in place, and supports the pathway of the nerves.

On an energetic level it is the medium in which the meridian system is inlaid, thereby the vehicle for the migration of Qi through the subtle body.

In this class we map out the anatomical layers of fascia, and practice different techniques to release the connective tissue. We will focus on yin & yang styles of asana and fluid movement patterns to enhance the flow of prana through the fascial planes.

Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
This gentle tea trek invites us into the medicine of slowness, shared rhythm, and grounded presence. We’ll walk an easy, mostly flat trail with one short, invigorating uphill ascent that opens into a hidden aspen grove—an ideal place to pause, breathe, and gather.

Once in the grove, we’ll settle into a deeply meditative tea ceremony and contemplative discussion exploring tea practice as a daily ritual for longevity, resilience, and emotional nourishment. Together, we’ll reflect on how simple, repeated practices—walking, brewing, listening—become sources of long-term vitality and connection. This experience emphasizes wellbeing not as something we do alone, but as something we cultivate together, allowing presence and care to ripple outward into our communities.
