Aerial Yoga: Foundations for Longevity and Balance - [$]
Full
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
Every yoga practice reaches into the elemental realms. Aerial yoga is no exception.

In this welcoming introduction to aerial yoga, we explore how the hammock becomes a partner in cultivating sustainable movement, resilience, and long-term vitality. Grounded in the traditions of Hatha Yoga, this practice integrates breath, alignment, and mindful exploration of foundational postures including forward folds, standing balances, twists, gentle inversions, and supported reclined shapes.

The aerial hammock allows us to move with both stability and spaciousness—decompressing the spine, lengthening muscles, and encouraging fluid movement throughout the body. As we work with the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and space, each posture becomes a bridge between grounding and expansion.

This class invites practitioners to discover how a supported practice can sustain mobility, nourish the nervous system, and cultivate the kind of embodied well-being that allows us to show up fully in our lives and communities.  Whether your feet rest on the earth or float gently in the air, we explore the place where sky and earth meet—within the body.

No aerial yoga experience necessary.

Flow State: Flow and the Art of Meeting the Moment
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
Flow is a peak experience that emerges when challenge meets ability. Flow is a state of full presence where effort feels natural and time seems to disappear. In this session, we’ll explore why chasing flow often pulls us out of it, and how learning when to stretch and when to steady yourself creates the conditions for flow to arise. You’ll reflect on how to find your “right edge,” both in practice and in life, so challenge feels intentional rather than forced. Expect practical insights you can bring onto the mat and into everyday moments of work, relationships, and movement as you leave the festival and return home.

Walking the Story: A Historical Tour of Telluride with Ashley Boling
Full
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
Every town has a heartbeat. Telluride's just happens to be wilder, stranger, and more beautiful than most. Join Ashley Boling for a guided walk through the storied streets of one of Colorado's most legendary mountain towns — a place that has reinvented itself again and again through hardship, creativity, and the fierce devotion of the people who called it home. From the early presence of the Ute people to its mining-boom roots, from the world's first alternating current at the Ames hydro-electric power plant to Butch Cassidy's very first bank robbery, from its counterculture renaissance to the vibrant festival culture that pulses through it today — Telluride's history is a living, breathing testament to what becomes possible when a community chooses to show up for itself and for one another.

Along the way, we'll step inside two places where that community spirit is still very much alive: the magnificent Sheridan Opera House and the legendary New Sheridan Hotel and Saloon. Part history lesson, part love letter to place, this walk is a beautiful reminder that the town holding us this weekend has its own extraordinary story of thriving together — and that we are, for these few days, part of it.

Route: Walking tour through historic downtown Telluride
Difficulty: Easy
Distance: Approximately 1–1.5 miles
Elevation Gain: Minimal
Time: Approximately 1.5 hours — note that this tour starts and ends in Telluride, requiring a 15-minute gondola ride back to Mountain Village.

Into me I See: A Powerful Practice of Self-intimacy
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
What if intimacy was less about being with another and more about being fully present with ourselves?

This is a practice to connect with ourselves, to see ourselves clearly and compassionately without judgment. To remove the armor we wear to protect ourselves and embrace every part of who we are – even the parts we usually hide away.  When we deepen our self-intimacy, we begin to change the dynamics of all our relationships. Instead of seeking validation or completion from others, we connect from a place of wholeness. We become more present, more accepting, and more available to deeply connect with another.

Through movement, breath, meditation, and kriya we will become more present in our bodies, connect to our subtle body, our senses, sensuality, feminine energy and awaken our energy centers (chakras). We will become more comfortable in the vulnerability of intimacy.

7 Chakra Sound Healing: For Collective Balance & Well-Being
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
Guided by the power of seven chakra-aligned crystal singing bowls and the primordial voice of the gong, this sound healing is a catalyst for deep energetic clearing and harnessing collective balance.  As each bowl is awakened, its crystalline tone calls to a specific energy center, opening pathways for release, restoration, and flow. The gong acts as a powerful sonic ally—its waves moving like thunder and wind through the subtle body, dissolving stagnation, clearing ancestral and emotional imprints, and returning the nervous system to a natural state of harmony.

Participants are invited to surrender into sound, journey inward, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body and the rhythms of the Earth.  Emerge from this session feeling grounded, expanded, connected, and energetically renewed with a new sense of well-being.

Thriving Together: Seva-Inspired Heart-Centered Aerial Yoga - [$]
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
Thriving together begins with remembering that we are not separate.

In this heart-centered aerial yoga practice, the hammock becomes both a support system and a metaphor for the ways we hold one another in community. Through mindful movement, breath, and supported postures, we explore how personal well-being strengthens our ability to show up for others with presence, compassion, and purpose.

The aerial hammock assists us in finding spaciousness in the body through gentle inversions, supported stretches, and fluid transitions that encourage mobility, circulation, and nervous system balance. As we move between grounding and suspension, we experience the profound effects of being supported—physically and energetically.

This practice invites reflection on the yogic principle of seva, or selfless service, reminding us that when we nourish our own vitality, we become better able to offer care, generosity, and stability to the communities around us.

Together we will move, breathe, and rest—cultivating resilience not only within ourselves, but within the collective field we share.Because thriving is not a solo endeavor. It is something we practice together.

No aerial yoga experience necessary.
