Limited Capacity seats available
Your spine is your body’s central channel and when it moves well, everything feels better. This class blends strength work, juicy mobility, and a fluid vinyasa flow to unlock your front body, fire up your back body, and create a sense of spacious ease. We’ll move with purpose, tend to your spine, and play at the edge of what feels strong and open.

Full
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
Stress, anxiety, depression and addiction patterns are rooted in nervous system imbalances. To heal and experience something new, we must interrupt these old patterns and invite the system into regulation.
In this yoga class, we use practices that shift brainwave states and elevate our inner frequency. Through Kriya Yoga, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, we explore transformational breath rhythms and sequences of movement that create a powerful pattern interrupt, allowing for a deep and lasting Nervous System Reset.
