Free Yoga in Elks Park: The Path of Purpose
When movement, music, and meaning align, purpose becomes palpable. In this powerful, music-driven practice, Adam Brous guides you through an experiential journey inspired by the 8 Limbs of Yoga, culminating in Dharana (focused concentration) and Dhyana (effortless meditation).

Expect an intelligently sequenced, strength-meets-flow practice designed to focus the mind, awaken the heart, and unify breath with movement. As the body moves, attention sharpens; as attention steadies, meditation arises naturally.

This is more than a class — it’s a collective experience of presence, devotion, and shared purpose. When we practice together, clarity expands, connection deepens, and the path forward becomes illuminated.

Downriver: Soulful Flow and the Blues
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
This slow, sublime practice is shaped by the rhythm and lineage of blues music that grew along rivers, carrying stories and sound downriver through time. We’ll flow at an unhurried pace, letting movement unfold gradually. The practice emphasizes yielding to rhythm, trusting transitions, and settling into what is already here rather than striving for change. This soulful, embodied experience invites you to move with the current, feel the music in your body, and rest in the rhythm that guides the practice.
