Head First: Where the Mind Leads, the Body Follows
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
You can be physically capable and deeply committed to your practice, yet when the mind is tense or self-critical, the body feels it. This talk explores the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the nervous system, and how that relationship shapes how you move, breathe, and show up in everyday life. Rather than forcing positivity or controlling the mind, you’ll learn how to notice internal patterns and make small, practical shifts that create greater calm, clarity, and steadiness. Expect a grounded, science-based conversation with simple tools you can apply on the mat and beyond.

Fascia: The Fabric of our Form
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
Fascia is the bio-intelligent structure that holds us together. It can be thought of as the 'organ of organization' as it keeps our bones upright, holds our organs in place, and supports the pathway of the nerves.

On an energetic level it is the medium in which the meridian system is inlaid, thereby the vehicle for the migration of Qi through the subtle body.

In this class we map out the anatomical layers of fascia, and practice different techniques to release the connective tissue. We will focus on yin & yang styles of asana and fluid movement patterns to enhance the flow of prana through the fascial planes.

Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
The language around longevity revolves around food, sleep, exercise, VO2max, weightlifting, and stress control. Barely anyone is talking about energy, which is the root of all of these things. But this isn’t about Mitochondria. If you want to live healthy for a really long time, you need a personalized, directed, and specific blueprint to follow. Learn the Key pieces to work with and the fault lines that encompass your specific journey, so you can head them off at the pass. This is all easier than you think.

Align Your Words Like You Align Your Posture
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
This workshop is designed to bridge the gap between your yoga practice and your relationships.
You stretch your hamstrings. You strengthen your core. But how often do you practice the flexibility of your mind and the strength of your empathy? Why is it so easy to find balance on the mat, but so hard to keep it in our conversations?
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is often called the "Yoga of Speech." It helps us navigate conflict without losing our center.
Stop leaving your yoga on the mat. Come learn how to:
  • Untie the Knots: Identify the hidden needs behind your "negative" emotions so you can respond rather than react.
  • Find Your Center in Conflict: Learn to speak your truth clearly without blaming or shaming others.
  • Deepen Your Relational Flow: Transform arguments into opportunities for intimacy and connection.
This isn’t a lecture—it’s a lab. We will roll up our sleeves (and unroll our mats) to practice the art of compassionate speech.
Are you ready to stretch your heart as deep as your hamstrings?

Some of the best teachers aren't on a mat — they're rooted in the ground beneath your feet. Join Holly for a hike up Bear Creek Trail that winds through some of Telluride's most lush and diverse terrain, all the way to the hidden gem locals know as Little Hawaii. Along the way, Holly will introduce you to the native plants and wildflowers that thrive in this high alpine ecosystem, weaving in the wisdom of the natural world as we move and breathe together. A beautiful reminder that longevity, curiosity, and a deep relationship with the living world around us are some of the oldest medicines there are.

Route: Loop via Bear Creek Trail to Little Hawaii
Difficulty: Moderate to Strenuous
Distance: Approximately 4–5 miles
Elevation Gain: 1,200+ feet
Time: Approximately 2.5–3 hours — note that this hike starts and ends in Telluride, requiring a 15-minute gondola ride back to Mountain Village.
What to Bring: Layers, sunscreen, good hiking shoes, water, snacks, and hiking poles if you like them. No mat needed.

⚠️ Heads up: Hiking at 9,000 feet requires a base level of cardiovascular fitness. Hydrate well before and during, and choose what's right for your body. Your safety and enjoyment are the priority.

Walking the Story: A Historical Tour of Telluride with Ashley Boling
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
Every town has a heartbeat. Telluride's just happens to be wilder, stranger, and more beautiful than most. Join Ashley Boling for a guided walk through the storied streets of one of Colorado's most legendary mountain towns — a place that has reinvented itself again and again through hardship, creativity, and the fierce devotion of the people who called it home. From the early presence of the Ute people to its mining-boom roots, from the world's first alternating current at the Ames hydro-electric power plant to Butch Cassidy's very first bank robbery, from its counterculture renaissance to the vibrant festival culture that pulses through it today — Telluride's history is a living, breathing testament to what becomes possible when a community chooses to show up for itself and for one another.

Along the way, we'll step inside two places where that community spirit is still very much alive: the magnificent Sheridan Opera House and the legendary New Sheridan Hotel and Saloon. Part history lesson, part love letter to place, this walk is a beautiful reminder that the town holding us this weekend has its own extraordinary story of thriving together — and that we are, for these few days, part of it.

Route: Walking tour through historic downtown Telluride
Difficulty: Easy
Distance: Approximately 1–1.5 miles
Elevation Gain: Minimal
Time: Approximately 1.5 hours — note that this tour starts and ends in Telluride, requiring a 15-minute gondola ride back to Mountain Village.
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen, and layers. No mat needed.

⚠️ Heads up: Even easy walks at 9,000 feet require some cardiovascular readiness. Hydrate well and honor what your body needs.

Flow State: Flow and the Art of Meeting the Moment
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
Flow is a peak experience that emerges when challenge meets ability. Flow is a state of full presence where effort feels natural and time seems to disappear. In this session, we’ll explore why chasing flow often pulls us out of it, and how learning when to stretch and when to steady yourself creates the conditions for flow to arise. You’ll reflect on how to find your “right edge,” both in practice and in life, so challenge feels intentional rather than forced. Expect practical insights you can bring onto the mat and into everyday moments of work, relationships, and movement as you leave the festival and return home.
