Flip the Script: An Inversions Immersion with Kirra Michel
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
There's something quietly revolutionary about turning the world upside down — and Kirra Michel is here to show you exactly how it's done. This Thursday deep-dive immersion breaks down the art and science of inversions with the kind of precision, playfulness, and infectious joy that Kirra brings to everything she teaches. We'll explore alignment, mechanics, and the specific strength patterns that make inversions not just possible, but sustainable — meeting every body where it is and building from there. Through guided, progressive practice you'll develop real confidence, refined technique, and a body awareness that will transform not just your inversions but your entire practice. Expect to work hard, laugh often, and discover capabilities you didn't know you had. Strength first. Flight when it's earned.

Bring blocks and a strap if you have them.

Vishoka: Cultivating Inner Radiance for Stability, Vitality & A Clear Mind
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
This three-hour workshop offers an accessible introduction to Vishoka, an essential yogic approach to cultivating inner radiance, emotional balance, and a clear, steady mind - supporting purposeful action, genuine connection, and a renewed sense of joy in daily life.
Designed for practitioners of all backgrounds, the session begins with a brief introduction to core yogic principles that support nervous system stabilization, vitality, and mental clarity. These teachings help participants understand why the mind can feel unsettled and how embodied practices create the inner conditions necessary for focus, resilience, and ease.
The experiential portion includes breath-led vinyasa to ground and stabilize the nervous system, a Kundalini Kriya to build vitality and inner strength, and breathwork practices that support emotional balance and mental coherence. The workshop culminates in a guided Vishoka meditation, offering a direct experience of calm, luminous awareness.
Teachings woven throughout the session highlight a central insight: inner stability is not a personal luxury, but the foundation for skillful engagement, ethical action, and service in the world. When we cultivate clarity and steadiness within, we naturally show up with greater presence, care, and responsiveness in our communities.
The workshop concludes with a short Q&A to support integration and next steps.

Head First: Where the Mind Leads, the Body Follows
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
You can be physically capable and deeply committed to your practice, yet when the mind is tense or self-critical, the body feels it. This talk explores the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the nervous system, and how that relationship shapes how you move, breathe, and show up in everyday life. Rather than forcing positivity or controlling the mind, you’ll learn how to notice internal patterns and make small, practical shifts that create greater calm, clarity, and steadiness. Expect a grounded, science-based conversation with simple tools you can apply on the mat and beyond.

Yoga | Aging: Perimenopause & the Art of Transitions
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
What the #@&%! is happening?
Who am I now?
Where did my energy, vitality, and sense of purpose go?

If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. Perimenopause often arrives quietly—until suddenly we realize we’re in the middle of it. The shifts can touch every part of us: body, sleep, mood, resilience, identity.

In this half-day immersion, we’ll explore how yoga can support us through seasons of change—whether you’re in perimenopause, post-menopause, or simply navigating the transitions that come with aging and evolving. Through movement, breath, rest, and reflection, we’ll practice meeting change with steadiness rather than resistance.

Together we’ll work with:
Stability — grounding the nervous system, finding steadiness in the body and emotions

Strength — supporting muscle, bone, and resilience through sustainable, intelligent movement

Sustainability — learning rest practices to support sleep, stress regulation, and recovery

This offering centers the lived experience of women while welcoming others who want to understand the transitions more than half of the population moves through—and how to support partners, friends, and themselves through change with more care and awareness.

Come as you are. This is a space to move, rest, ask honest questions, and meet this stage of life with more clarity, compassion, and strength.

Alive & Together: Prana-fueled Power Flow
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
Christine Anderson opens the Telluride Yoga Festival the way only she can — with soul, fire, and a room full of people ready to remember what their bodies are capable of. This breath-driven power vinyasa builds progressively, layering strength and play as the energy in the room rises: standing balances that sharpen your focus, arm balances that surprise you, heart openers that crack you wide open — all of it accessible, all of it alive.

This practice was never about pushing harder. It's about waking up — to your breath, your edges, your capacity to thrive. Because when you move with that kind of awareness, the energy doesn't just stay on your mat. It travels. It's felt by the person beside you, behind you, across the room. That's the Telluride magic. That's Thriving Together.

Aerial Yoga: Foundations for Longevity and Balance - [$]
Full
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
Every yoga practice reaches into the elemental realms. Aerial yoga is no exception.

In this welcoming introduction to aerial yoga, we explore how the hammock becomes a partner in cultivating sustainable movement, resilience, and long-term vitality. Grounded in the traditions of Hatha Yoga, this practice integrates breath, alignment, and mindful exploration of foundational postures including forward folds, standing balances, twists, gentle inversions, and supported reclined shapes.

The aerial hammock allows us to move with both stability and spaciousness—decompressing the spine, lengthening muscles, and encouraging fluid movement throughout the body. As we work with the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and space, each posture becomes a bridge between grounding and expansion.

This class invites practitioners to discover how a supported practice can sustain mobility, nourish the nervous system, and cultivate the kind of embodied well-being that allows us to show up fully in our lives and communities.  Whether your feet rest on the earth or float gently in the air, we explore the place where sky and earth meet—within the body.

No aerial yoga experience necessary.

Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
What if the most powerful wellness tools available to you are the ones nature already provided — cold water, heat, and breath? This immersive experience is equal parts science, sensation, and ceremony, beginning with a dive into the emerging research behind both cold exposure and sauna therapy — two ancient practices now backed by compelling evidence for their effects on longevity, nervous system resilience, cardiovascular health, mental clarity, and hormonal balance — yes, we'll demystify how women specifically respond to and benefit from both. From there, we move into practice: guided breathwork and meditation prepare your body and mind before we enter a cold plunge — as an invitation to discover what you're capable of when you trust your body's innate intelligence. Then we return to the heat. Sacred sauna time is its own ritual here — we'll explore sauna culture, settle into the warmth together, and let integration happen naturally: in conversation, in stillness, in the quiet companionship of shared experience. This is personal vitality as a collective practice — the very heart of Thriving Together. Come curious, come open, and leave feeling more alive than when you arrived.

Open

Bandha are energetic seals or locks that we can create through isolated muscular actions in the body.  They are most commonly referenced in support of alignment in asana, but three of them can take us beyond the physical and into the subtle dimension of prana.  It is said that our vital force is diffused and thus, less potent, and that this has a direct impact on the mind’s potential.  Harnessing the power of bandha can enable us to focus prana and facilitate the deepest levels of purification and transformation, enlivening and empowering all that we give our energy and attention to.  This class will involve practices that interweave asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra and meditation

Heart-Centered Aerial Yoga for Connection & Community [$]
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
Thriving together begins with remembering that we are not separate.

In this heart-centered aerial yoga practice, the hammock becomes both a support system and a metaphor for the ways we hold one another in community. Through mindful movement, breath, and supported postures, we explore how personal well-being strengthens our ability to show up for others with presence, compassion, and purpose.

The aerial hammock assists us in finding spaciousness in the body through gentle inversions, supported stretches, and fluid transitions that encourage mobility, circulation, and nervous system balance. As we move between grounding and suspension, we experience the profound effects of being supported—physically and energetically.

This practice invites reflection on the yogic principle of seva, or selfless service, reminding us that when we nourish our own vitality, we become better able to offer care, generosity, and stability to the communities around us.

Together we will move, breathe, and rest—cultivating resilience not only within ourselves, but within the collective field we share.Because thriving is not a solo endeavor. It is something we practice together.

No aerial yoga experience necessary.

Thriving Together: A Meaningful Music Experience
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
In this heart-opening vinyasa + live music experience, Adam Brous guides a fluid, chakra-balancing flow with special focus on Vishuddha, the throat chakra — the energetic center of communication and authentic expression.

Through breath, movement, and intentional sequencing, you’ll release energetic blockages and build the confidence to speak and live your truth. Accompanied by the soulful live music of Liat — weaving guitar, singing bowls, and evocative vocals — the practice becomes a moving meditation in resonance and community.

You’ll be invited to sing, hum, or simply feel the vibration of shared sound. As voices blend, something powerful happens: we remember we belong to one another. This is a practice of expression as seva — offering your authentic voice as a gift to the collective.

Come to move, breathe, and sing. Leave feeling open, connected, and courageously expressed.

Fascia: The Fabric of our Form
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
Fascia is the bio-intelligent structure that holds us together. It can be thought of as the 'organ of organization' as it keeps our bones upright, holds our organs in place, and supports the pathway of the nerves.

On an energetic level it is the medium in which the meridian system is inlaid, thereby the vehicle for the migration of Qi through the subtle body.

In this class we map out the anatomical layers of fascia, and practice different techniques to release the connective tissue. We will focus on yin & yang styles of asana and fluid movement patterns to enhance the flow of prana through the fascial planes.

Morning Meditation & Mantra: Awakening Together
Start your morning rooted in stillness and elevated in spirit surrounded by the Telluride Valley below and a 360 view of the mountains.

This meditation and mantra practice combines breathwork, guided awareness, and the sacred practice of mantra to gently quiet the mind and center the heart for your Saturday. Through the steady repetition of sacred sound, we shift from mental chatter into deep presence.

Mantra becomes both anchor and invocation — cleansing the inner landscape and attuning us to higher consciousness. With each repetition, we cultivate clarity, steadiness, and connection to something greater than ourselves.

As we chant together, something powerful happens. Individual intention becomes collective resonance. The vibration of many voices unified in sacred sound creates a field that extends beyond the individual — uplifting not only our own hearts and minds, but contributing to the greater web of collective consciousness.  In coming together, we remember that our personal practice is never separate from the whole.

Step into your day aligned, intentional, awake — and connected.

The Bliss Pill
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
This “no cell will be left behind” yoga class is an exploration of joy as a state of integration. It celebrates the simple miracle of being in a body - alive, sensing, and responsive. This is pure presence at the intersection of Here and Now.
Guided by music, mantra, and song, we begin with Vinyasa Flow to warm the body from the inside out. Then, we move into Kriya to organize energy and focus awareness. The intention is coherence - bring the body, breath, and nervous system into harmony.

This class asks two essential questions:
How much joy can you allow yourself to feel while staying grounded?
What changes when you trust that, at a deeper level, everything may actually be okay?
Come as you are. Leave even more so.

Shift your perspective—literally.

Inversions offer powerful benefits for circulation, spinal health, and mental clarity. In this aerial yoga practice, the hammock safely supports the body while we explore accessible inverted postures that refresh the nervous system and gently challenge gravity.

With the support of the hammock, practitioners can experience the spaciousness of hanging inversions, supported arm balances, and creative variations of familiar yoga shapes. The body is invited to decompress, the spine lengthens, and the brain receives a revitalizing flow of oxygenated blood.

Turning the body upside down can also shift how we relate to challenge, fear, and possibility—reminding us that new perspectives often reveal new pathways.  Come explore how playful inversions can cultivate vitality, resilience, and renewed energy for the life you live both on and off the mat.

Align Your Words Like You Align Your Posture
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
This workshop is designed to bridge the gap between your yoga practice and your relationships.
You stretch your hamstrings. You strengthen your core. But how often do you practice the flexibility of your mind and the strength of your empathy? Why is it so easy to find balance on the mat, but so hard to keep it in our conversations?
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is often called the "Yoga of Speech." It helps us navigate conflict without losing our center.
Stop leaving your yoga on the mat. Come learn how to:
  • Untie the Knots: Identify the hidden needs behind your "negative" emotions so you can respond rather than react.
  • Find Your Center in Conflict: Learn to speak your truth clearly without blaming or shaming others.
  • Deepen Your Relational Flow: Transform arguments into opportunities for intimacy and connection.
This isn’t a lecture—it’s a lab. We will roll up our sleeves (and unroll our mats) to practice the art of compassionate speech.
Are you ready to stretch your heart as deep as your hamstrings?

Cowgirl Spirit - Sponsored by Wallaroo Hats
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
Before the yoga mats, there were saloons. Before the festival stages, there were outlaws. Telluride's history runs deep and wild — this was the town where Butch Cassidy robbed his very first bank, where the San Juans sheltered desperados and dreamers alike.

That same untamed spirit lives on in the musicians who have graced Telluride's legendary stages for decades. This class is a love letter to all of it — a playlist steeped in the soul of the American West, drawing from the timeless sounds of Neil Young, Bonnie Raitt, Bob Dylan, Kacey Musgraves, Joe Cocker, Willie Nelson and the many greats who have called this mountain town their stage.

Dust off your cowboy hat. The spirit of the Wild West is calling.

🤠 Sponsored by Wallaroo Hats — the first 60 guests to check in will receive an incredible hat from Wallaroo. Don't miss out!

Sankalpa: Empowering the Link Between Intention and Manifestation
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
Yoga teaches us that the practice is, at one level, a union between mind and energy.  That which intends and that which creates.  Every waking moment is a play between the two, orchestrated by a succession of choices which determine the very course of our lives - our destiny.  Through modern neuroscience and the yogic lens, we’ll explore how we can we move from habitual, unconscious choices to ones that are empowered with creativity and purpose.  This class will involve practices that interweave asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra and meditation.

Walking the Story: A Historical Tour of Telluride with Ashley Boling
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
Every town has a heartbeat. Telluride's just happens to be wilder, stranger, and more beautiful than most. Join Ashley Boling for a guided walk through the storied streets of one of Colorado's most legendary mountain towns — a place that has reinvented itself again and again through hardship, creativity, and the fierce devotion of the people who called it home. From the early presence of the Ute people to its mining-boom roots, from the world's first alternating current at the Ames hydro-electric power plant to Butch Cassidy's very first bank robbery, from its counterculture renaissance to the vibrant festival culture that pulses through it today — Telluride's history is a living, breathing testament to what becomes possible when a community chooses to show up for itself and for one another.

Along the way, we'll step inside two places where that community spirit is still very much alive: the magnificent Sheridan Opera House and the legendary New Sheridan Hotel and Saloon. Part history lesson, part love letter to place, this walk is a beautiful reminder that the town holding us this weekend has its own extraordinary story of thriving together — and that we are, for these few days, part of it.

Route: Walking tour through historic downtown Telluride
Difficulty: Easy
Distance: Approximately 1–1.5 miles
Elevation Gain: Minimal
Time: Approximately 1.5 hours — note that this tour starts and ends in Telluride, requiring a 15-minute gondola ride back to Mountain Village.
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen, and layers. No mat needed.

⚠️ Heads up: Even easy walks at 9,000 feet require some cardiovascular readiness. Hydrate well and honor what your body needs.

Aerial Yoga Slow Flow for Nervous System Renewal - [$]
Full
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
True vitality grows from restoration.

This gentle aerial yoga practice blends slow, mindful movement with deeply supportive hammock postures designed to restore the body and calm the nervous system. Through a gradual flow of passive and active shapes, we explore mobility, soft strength, and deep relaxation.

The aerial hammock supports spinal decompression, reduces tension, and allows the body to release layers of stress while improving circulation and range of motion. Breath and awareness guide the practice, helping participants reconnect with their natural rhythm of effort and ease.

We conclude with an extended floating savasana, offering space for the body and mind to fully integrate the practice.

When we take time to restore ourselves, we cultivate the clarity, presence, and resilience needed to care for our communities and show up for what matters most.

Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

Flow State: Flow and the Art of Meeting the Moment
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
Flow is a peak experience that emerges when challenge meets ability. Flow is a state of full presence where effort feels natural and time seems to disappear. In this session, we’ll explore why chasing flow often pulls us out of it, and how learning when to stretch and when to steady yourself creates the conditions for flow to arise. You’ll reflect on how to find your “right edge,” both in practice and in life, so challenge feels intentional rather than forced. Expect practical insights you can bring onto the mat and into everyday moments of work, relationships, and movement as you leave the festival and return home.

Walking the Story: A Historical Tour of Telluride with Ashley Boling
Full
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

Into me I See: A Powerful Practice of Self-intimacy
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
What if intimacy was less about being with another and more about being fully present with ourselves?

This is a practice to connect with ourselves, to see ourselves clearly and compassionately without judgment. To remove the armor we wear to protect ourselves and embrace every part of who we are – even the parts we usually hide away.  When we deepen our self-intimacy, we begin to change the dynamics of all our relationships. Instead of seeking validation or completion from others, we connect from a place of wholeness. We become more present, more accepting, and more available to deeply connect with another.

Through movement, breath, meditation, and kriya we will become more present in our bodies, connect to our subtle body, our senses, sensuality, feminine energy and awaken our energy centers (chakras). We will become more comfortable in the vulnerability of intimacy.

7 Chakra Sound Healing: For Collective Balance & Well-Being
Filling
Limited Capacity filling up
Guided by the power of seven chakra-aligned crystal singing bowls and the primordial voice of the gong, this sound healing is a catalyst for deep energetic clearing and harnessing collective balance.  As each bowl is awakened, its crystalline tone calls to a specific energy center, opening pathways for release, restoration, and flow. The gong acts as a powerful sonic ally—its waves moving like thunder and wind through the subtle body, dissolving stagnation, clearing ancestral and emotional imprints, and returning the nervous system to a natural state of harmony.

Participants are invited to surrender into sound, journey inward, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body and the rhythms of the Earth.  Emerge from this session feeling grounded, expanded, connected, and energetically renewed with a new sense of well-being.

Thriving Together: Seva-Inspired Heart-Centered Aerial Yoga - [$]
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
