Free Yoga in Elks Park: Ashtanga for All!
This workshop is a focused, progressive exploration of the strength, technique, and awareness in the ashtanga tradition.

This workshop draws from postures and principles found across the Ashtanga series, emphasizing foundation, alignment, stability, core integration, and bandha engagement. Through preparatory drills, targeted strength work, and step-by-step progressions, students will practice ashtanga in an accessible and fun way.

Open to all levels, the workshop offers modifications and variations to meet each student where they are, while also providing challenges for more experienced practitioners. Breath, drishti, and mindful pacing remain central, helping students cultivate steadiness, focus, and trust.
