Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary Series
Open
Limited Capacity seats available
Led Primary Series
A 90-minute Full Led Primary Ashtanga Yoga class is a complete, guided practice of the
traditional Ashtanga Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa), practiced with Sanskrit vinyasa counts
throughout.
This class moves through the full sequence—from opening chant and Sun Salutations to
standing, seated, finishing postures, and closing relaxation—at a steady, flowing pace linked
to ujjayi breath and vinyasa. The Primary Series is designed to purify, strengthen, and align
the body, build heat, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system.
All levels are welcome. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout the practice
to support beginners while still providing depth and challenge for more experienced
students. The traditional structure and order of postures are maintained, with an emphasis
on listening to your body and practicing at your own pace.
This class supports strength, mobility, focus, and moving meditation—leaving you feeling
grounded, energized, and balanced.
