Stress, anxiety, depression and addiction patterns are rooted in nervous system imbalances. To heal and experience something new, we must interrupt these old patterns and invite the system into regulation.
In this yoga class, we use practices that shift brainwave states and elevate our inner frequency. Through Kriya Yoga, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, we explore transformational breath rhythms and sequences of movement that create a powerful pattern interrupt, allowing for a deep and lasting Nervous System Reset.

The Bliss Pill
Full
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
This “no cell will be left behind” yoga class is an exploration of joy as a state of integration. It celebrates the simple miracle of being in a body - alive, sensing, and responsive. This is pure presence at the intersection of Here and Now.
Guided by music, mantra, and song, we begin with Vinyasa Flow to warm the body from the inside out. Then, we move into Kriya to organize energy and focus awareness. The intention is coherence - bring the body, breath, and nervous system into harmony.

This class asks two essential questions:
How much joy can you allow yourself to feel while staying grounded?
What changes when you trust that, at a deeper level, everything may actually be okay?
Come as you are. Leave even more so.
