This gentle tea trek invites us into the medicine of slowness, shared rhythm, and grounded presence. We’ll walk an easy, mostly flat trail with one short, invigorating uphill ascent that opens into a hidden aspen grove—an ideal place to pause, breathe, and gather.

Once in the grove, we’ll settle into a deeply meditative tea ceremony and contemplative discussion exploring tea practice as a daily ritual for longevity, resilience, and emotional nourishment. Together, we’ll reflect on how simple, repeated practices—walking, brewing, listening—become sources of long-term vitality and connection. This experience emphasizes wellbeing not as something we do alone, but as something we cultivate together, allowing presence and care to ripple outward into our communities.

Tea Trek to Brew Belonging: A Contemplative Tea Ceremony in the Aspens
Full
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
Tea has always been a communal practice—one that slows time, opens conversation, and reminds us we are not meant to thrive alone. This accessible tea trek leads us along a mostly flat trail, with one steady uphill that rewards us with entry into a serene aspen grove.

Here, we’ll share a grounding tea ceremony rooted in mindfulness and contemplative awareness, followed by a discussion on tea as a sustainable daily ritual that supports nervous system health, emotional balance, and meaningful connection. Inspired by the theme Thriving Together, this experience explores how personal rituals become acts of service—cultivating clarity, generosity, and the capacity to show up more fully for ourselves and others.
